Position Summary

In a changing media agency within a rapidly changing media and marketing scene, we are looking for a experienced, dynamic & proactive Paid Campaign Manager with strong social expertise to join a great team of experts at Mediabrands and to manage paid campaigns for our various clients.

Main responsibility: meet clients’ expectations and service quality, and maintain optimal campaign performance.

Job Responsibilities

PAID CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Define soial ads campaign strategy (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat , TikTok., etc.)
  • Launch of social campaigns (set up, execution, implementation)
  • Daily optimization of short & long term performance campaigns on social media in order to increase ROI
  • Cross digital social strategy integration (broad social vision – pure social/trading/etc.)
  • Willingness to broaden vision and expertise to other search and other paid media.
  • COLLABORATION

  • Constructive collaboration within and cross department in gathering and sharing information on latest evolutions, campaigns,...
  • Work hand in hand with our programmatic buying unit (Matterkind) in order to maximise cross-channel data usage (Extended team)
  • True team work within the Paid Campaign team (Social & Search) together with the Tribe Leads
  • Work closely together with the Platform Expert and Strategists, creative agencies and our agencies (INI & UM) 
  • INSIGHTS & REPORTING

  • In-depth reporting of campaign results to clients, follow up on a daily basis
  • Analyse reports and gather insights and lessons learned
  • CLIENT MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure daily client management (mainly internal with UM & Initiative)
  • Pro-active client communication
  • Support Account Managers & CSD in their client management
  • Ensure correct and relevant client presentations
  • Able to spot biz dev opportunities
  • Initiate client and planning trainings
  • Desired Skills & Experience

    AND WHAT ABOUT YOU...

  • Min 2 years of experience in paid social media campaign management is wished for. Experience in search and/or other digital areas is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media tracking, performance and scheduling tools and trends across social platforms is essential.
  • Knwoledge of Facebook Business Manager is essential.
  • Relevant constructive client management and support experience is looked for.
  • Pro-active actionable person: think, propose & do. Problem solving attitude. High quality standards, strong analytical and result-oriented mindsets are essential.
  • Stress resistant and able to prioritize is needed, with independence in work organization and collaboration with other people.
  • Empathic qualities: know how to deal with a variety of people and clients under stress.
  • True teamplayer because that is what we are.
  • Excellent MS Office skills. (excel, ppt).
  • Trilinguality is the cherry on the cake (N/FR/ENG).
