The product owner digital analytics steers the developments and priorities around webanalytics and online targeting for both Belgium and the Netherlands. His/her ambition is to support digital teams and channels as much as possible in making the digital journeys and flows as good as possible for our customers.
The squad is composed of :
5 IT engineers that are working on developing the technology needed to capture analytics on our different channels.
3 data analysts that make sure data is captured properly and made actionable for further use (campaigns, reporting,…)
2 business analysts that capture the business/technical requirements of our users, train and support them
Your key responsibilities
You are the owner of the webanalytics and online targeting stack for BE and NL entities.
You support and train the customer journey experts in the use of the tools
You support digital sales’ squads by providing data and insights through the use of digital analytics
You are responsible for the migration of the channels from Webtrekk to Adobe Analytics
You define the migration roadmaps and the milestones
You gather the business requirements from stakeholders and keep them informed on the status
You are responsible of simplifying the online tooling landscape and make it standardized across the different business units of ING.
You align with ING Group on the future architecture
You plan a roadmap for the future of the online tooling

As a Product Owner online analytics you will also need:
Experience of project management and working effectively across functions (IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance,…). IT affinity is a plus.
Experience in managing a large amount of stakeholders and gathering business requirements.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise presentations.
Experience with the agile way of working (backlog management, ceremonies, working at epic level,…).
Experience with implementation of Adobe Analytics is a big plus, experience with online analytics and targeting is a must.
Good knowledge of English, and either Dutch or French.
Experience of 3 to 5 years as Product Owner / project manager.
