Abbott in Belgium is represented by two of our global businesses-Medical Devices and Diagnostics. These businesses offer a wide range of professional opportunities in clinical development, distribution, information technology, support functions, sales & marketing.As part of our development, we are looking to recruit a Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to the sales divisions across all of our Medical Device businesses (Cardiac Rhythm Management, Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, Structural Heart, Vascular). He/she will work closely with Divisional, sales managers and with all members of the team.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Monitor sales planning activity• Administration of the service contracts• Make appointment with physicians when needed• Responsible for regular reports:+ Monthly turnover by division, budget+ Excel for product traceability and implantations (sales, PO Wait, invoicing etc.)+ Monitor loan contracts+ Customer sales+ Sponsoring, donations docs• Meeting admin support, attending and report, PowerPoint Presentations.• Update and maintain any database required by the managers.• Price offers, preparation, review and sending to customers• Prepare volume based offers, special deals• Assist in tenders submission (request relevant attests), follow-up and communication to Customer Service follow-up notification on E-procurement• Product information to customers• Marketing support for event organization• Order and follow-up documentation, marketing products• Administrative support (filing, letters, translations, expense notes, health care professional docs; )• Sales rep duty turn process information to external officeEDUCATION & COMPETENCIESSchool or University qualifications• High school and a few years of experience in a similar commercial environment.Knowledge and skills (• Trilingual: Dutch, French, and English• Information System knowledge (Microsoft Office) (SAP is a plus but not mandatory)Natural abilities (teamplayer, stress resistant, discretion, good communicator, etc.)• Professional image• Communications skills.• Ethical character• Willing to travel extensively.• Hard Worker.• High level of confidence• Proactive• AssertivenessAn Equal Opportunity EmployerAbbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.We provide reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities.To request accommodation, please call 224-667-4913 or email corpjat@
