The Enterprise Consultant is a specialist and is responsible for the commercial development and sales results, and co-determines the direction of the sales activities in the Contact Center area by formulating advice based on his/her knowledge of these products/services/markets, as well as by defining “ideal customer ”profiles (for both new and existing customers).
Based on his/her expertise, he/she is responsible for determining the sales strategy and market approach within his/her own customer segment by identifying and qualifying opportunities.
He/she analyzes the market environment and/or the business strategies of customers in order to understand (their) wishes and needs, and to link them to the solutions (products/services) that Telenet provides.
He/she promotes the solutions to internal/external stakeholders with the aim of creating support. In addition, he/she inspires and convinces customers and guides and/or supports colleagues in identifying new sales opportunities (via "hunting" and/or "cross" and/or "up-sell") and closing sales deals.
He/she follows up sales targets and/or KPIs based on market and account knowledge and carries out correct and clear reporting of the forecast and status of the (top) projects, and coordinates/takes the necessary actions.
He/she contributes to the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and reviews the input by commercially describing solution(s) and/or high level design, helps to develop the pricing strategy in quotations, up to and including determination of 3rd party selection.
He/she acts as a commercial point of contact for the Contact Center market for internal/external stakeholders.
Maximizes customer satisfaction by developing, building and/or managing and/or (indirectly) contributing to commercial (long-term) relationships with customers and/or, where necessary, engages with the necessary vendors/colleagues.
• Sales & people skills – understand how to manage an enterprise sales cycle & how to work in a virtual team context.

• Strategic skills: Good understanding of the dynamics of market and be able to translate this into customer strategy
• Think solution minded
• At least 5 years experiences in a sales/technical function in the Contact Center business
• Affinity with the dynamics of operator & integrator environment.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
