Recruitment & Employer Branding Officer.
Our client is a global leader in the Consultancy sector. Their offices are located in Diegem.
As Recruitment & Employer Branding Officer (H/F/X), you will join the Campus Recruitment team and deliver the following tasks :
- Organise and coordinate all type of events to attract young graduates such as : Job Days, Workshops, school visits, campus recruitment events, seminars/conferences for students, ...
- Organise and coordinate the Selection Days for the young graduates
- Plan & follow-up the interviews with the management team
- Work on the Employer Branding strategy to attract new talents (develop new employer branding campaigns, organise events around employer branding, regular reporting to the management, ...)
- General assistance to the Campus Recruitment & HR team
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Excellent knowledge of English + French or Dutch (written & spoken)
- A proven experience in event management, HR or recruitment is a plus
- A first experience with an international working environment is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Team Player but able to work independently as well
